If a certificate is purchased for a specific service or promotional special, that promotional pricing is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the certificate may still be used toward any service for its original dollar value.
Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable. No refunds, gift certificate exchange only. A Day Away Massage & Spa Gift certificates cannot be refunded to the purchaser or the recipient, regardless of circumstance. However, your A Day Away Massage & Spa gift certificate will never expire or lose value, so if you can’t use it right away, don’t stress!
